It's on the top floor. Decent charger, just took a while to find.

The good: it looks like all the chargers are working. When I pulled up there was actually a free charger.

The bad: another of their charging stations in a crowded parking lot. This means lining up and waiting blocks cars backing out of parking spaces and obstructs traffic. Creates chaos for those waiting for a charge. Adding to the complication, depending on where your charger port is located, you might have to back in to an angled parking space. This means a lot of cars backing up and maneuvering to allow space. Since these are fast chargers, I can't imagine why they would put them on the top deck of a crowded shopping mall parking lot. There isn't time for shopping, so 100% of the customers come here only to charge. Another example of electrify Americas abysmal business plan and poor execution.

Trying to park in the stalls is terrible. They’re slanted which makes backing in tough- especially since they put these charges in the front row of the mall!! People are walking and trying to park in the same row that you charge- and it’s hard to wait in line because the line is in front of parking stalls. Terrible design.
I can usually guarantee a charger is broken every time. There should be a red light on the chargers not working so people know it’s not in use.

Always use their app to see how many of the six chargers are available because typically they are busy and all stations in use.  A strong hint:  best time of day is early morning before 8am and after 8pm at night.  These chargers are on the top level of the mall parking lot and people go there to charge then go shopping which holds up people wanting to use the chargers which is why I always check the electrify America app on how many are free before going over to charge my car.  If it is three or less then you risk not having one free and will have to wait.  I do not understand why there are not 20-30 charging stations.

9/2 - 4 out of 6 stations are functioning. It is on top floor of the parking garage. Very very hot without any shed. Not very easy to find since there is no sign for EV charging station. There is a restroom in the food court inside the mall.
