Sarn Park, UK Supercharger

None Tesla - tried charging here twice, trying several bays. Chargers do not start. Frustrating as had to use the exorbitant Applegreen chargers opposite.

These aren't the open to all chargers - pictures on the Tesla app show the Sarn services bays but the open chargers are  at the side of the cinema at the outlet centre the other side of the motorway.

I specially visited Sarnpark service area from Four waterfall to charge my kia EV on 25.08.2025. I tried to find Sarnpark Tesla super charger in Tesla app, but it is not included in the app and app searched the Bridgend town charger only , so I request to Tesla management
to please add this location in Tesla app so that other vehicle driver be able to charge their EV , because the Tesla provide best price and fast charging.

Although open to other EV's, I tried a number of times and it failed to charge my car. On the Apple green charges opposite I had no problems!

Tesla Driver - Straight off the M4 and easy to find! 8 chargers available, used it a few times over the last week and never more than 4 in use. Charge rate is lower than advertised, it peaked around 130kw but averaged around 100kw. The services are only a couple mins walk through the carpark. There is a Burger King, subway, Starbucks and WHS in side.
