The charging stations at this Wally Park location are all out of order and completely non-functuonal. Unfortunately you don't know this until you've already entered the garage to drive up to them. When we exited, just a few minutes after we entered, after not parking, and not charging our EV as planned, we were still charged $11 for the parking garage. We asked the attendant to give us a refund since we hadn't parked at all and she offered no assistance. This listing as a charging spot needs to be removed by google. It is misleading, inaccurate and in our case financially negligent.

Chargers are hidden in back corner, incredibly difficult to find, and when I finally did find them, both weren't working. The ChargePoint assistant on the phone was very helpful but they said it's the property owners responsibility to fix the station, and given that there are reviews from 6 months ago saying it was broken then, I doubt it will be fixed 6 months from now

Enter the Wally Park garage and pull up to the entry gate. On the screen, select "Use other option to enter" and follow the directions to enter your mobile number. The charging station is in the right rear corner behind the lobby building. Restrooms in lobby building, but you will need to get the key from the lobby attendant.
