AI Overview
This location requires paid parking in a garage (weekdays offer complimentary valet parking; evenings and weekends are $7). The Superchargers are on level B; the parking garage layout is complex and signage to the chargers could be clearer. Cell service in the garage is weak. Drivers have reported that valet staff sometimes park vehicles in the charging spots, blocking access.

Glad this location offers charging, and the setup was generally useful. The main challenge was that charging seemed slow, and the parking garage is a bit of a maze. Cell service was also weak, which made it harder to find the car or monitor charging. Overall, it’s a helpful option, and a few improvements to signage and connectivity would make it much more convenient.

I charged here around 9 p.m., and there was no one else using the station, which was great—no lineup at all. The chargers themselves look smaller than the ones at larger Supercharger locations, so charging seemed to take a bit longer than usual compared to big charging stations I’ve used before. Overall, the charging experience was fine and reliable, and the quiet late-night access was a plus. The only downside was that the station was very difficult to find within the parking area, as signage wasn’t very clear. Good option if you’re charging late and want to avoid crowds, but better directions would really help.

I’m very disappointed with this parking garage. The valet staff repeatedly park their own valet vehicles in the EV-only charging spots, which makes it impossible for many electric car drivers to charge when they arrive. These charging spots are supposed to be available for customers, not blocked by the garage’s own cars. On top of that, we still have to pay full parking fees even when the charging service is unusable because the spaces are taken by valet vehicles. This is unacceptable and very frustrating, especially for EV owners who rely on these chargers. I hope management takes this seriously and stops using EV charging spots as regular valet parking spaces. It’s unfair to paying customers and defeats the purpose of having chargers in the first place.

You need to pay parking fee to charge the car! Tesla can you please put them at free parking place so we're NOT ripped off?! NO restroom! I don't have wi fi signal there. And good luck trying to find the Tesla charges in that maze, as there is NO clear instruction on where to get in!

Other than the fact that it's a pay lot, and there are no bathrooms, this place was fine: 1. Has the 66kW chargers now on the B level. 2. Has 11 chargers so lots of open spots 3. No 80% charge cap (not a high traffic supercharger) 4. Relatively fast charging 5. There are signs to the chargers. 6. There's wifi. 7. I have t-mobile, I got signal, although the cars signal was spotty unless I was actively charging One thing: the sign says "wait for the valet to direct you" for the supercharger. If there's no valet, the superchargers are *behind* the valet and you can just drive up and park. If you drive *past* the valet that's the exit, and you can't get back down easily. Given, the garage is a maze but if you follow the signs then look all around you when you reach the valet you'll see it.
