Careful, P1, if you get confused and go to the wrong floor, and there's no going back, you have to leave, and if you go back in they'll charge you a fortune. And by the way, to the person at the exit button information desk, don't lie, they charge you if you go back in

To find the Tesla chargers, take the first left turning off the down ramp (parking level one). Parking was not free as advertised in the Tesla app and mentioned elsewhere. We paid 2.40€ for under an hour. There are other car charging brands here as well (at least on parking levels one and three). Upsides: food and drink, bathrooms in the nearby mall. Downsides: Non-existent signage to find the chargers. If you pass the level one parking lot entrance on the way down you’re stuck and have to exit and re-enter the parking structure.

Clean. Free access for two hours. The charger is inside the underground parking garage.

The first time you come to this charger, the entrance can be a little confusing. After taking your ticket, the barrier opens, you drive forward, and turn left at the first entrance. You'll immediately see the Tesla Supercharger sign, which will clearly guide you there. Don't go straight ahead after the barrier opens, or you'll end up driving around a lot or even having to exit and re-enter. Charging was always quick and smooth; we didn't have any problems. While your car is charging, there's a small shopping center and a few cafes and fast-food places upstairs where you can take a break. Nearby, there's also a park (Parque Fernando Magallanes) where the river flows. You can take your pet for a walk there; they'll surely appreciate it.

Great Supercharger in parking garage beneath shopping mall. Mix of 250kW v4 chargers and some classic v2 with less power. In additions to the instructions on the Tesla screen: 1. Take the right lane on entry, makes first corner easier. 2. Follow signs EV charging or Enterprise care rental to get to the orange section

It is possible to charge non-tesla cars. I charged Jeep-Avenger with 44 kW max. It is faster then other chargers. For 41kW it took 48 mins and costed 23€.

Everything was perfect. You enter via Calle Alcalde Sánchez Monteseirín, go into the parking entrance, take your ticket (3 hours free), and as soon as you get it, turn left at the entrance; it's clearly marked. Tesla charter.

If you enter the parking garage from Alcalde Sánchez Monteseirin Street, you can't miss it. It's right at the entrance to the shopping center parking garage, on the first level (orange level -1). You get 3 hours of free parking; you don't need to validate your ticket to exit.

Technically three hours for free to access this lot but I hear people are being charged depending on the time. My stay was free but it was also a nightmare. Poorly designed parking structure with lack of signs. Zero Tesla signs. If you go to a different level, you won’t be able to come back to another level. You will be forced out of the parking lot and you will have to go around and enter the parking again. It makes no sense. We accidentally passed P1 and ended up in P3. We then realized that Tesla charging was on P1. It took us 25 minutes to come out, deal with traffic, go around, wait in line and finally re-enter the parking lot to go to P1.

Chargers are inside the parking garage - which is free for 3 hours during the day. Many chargers, a lot of space - and of course the mall to spend your time waiting. Getting in & out is a little mind boggling, but … charging.
