Located on the west side of the Sheffield Crossing Station parking lot, in front of Giant Eagle Store.

Its confusing. Cause if u use app to charge ur terminal just says ready to use.   It auto reloads ur account from ur bank whenever very ur low and does let u know ur getting close to that amount so u can stop it ahead of time.  It is a higher charging price and charges slower and slower depending on how many people are on the chargers.  Should of taken an hour.  Which would have been below my budget but it took 2 hours and cost me almost double.  Very inconvenient

One of the chargers was not working and so people were waiting to use chargers. Even though people were waiting to use the chargers people were still charging their cars to 100% which is not something you should be doing. If you have an electric car you know when there are people waiting to use chargers only charge your car to 80%.

EA needs to put an 80% max charge when all stalls are full.
Two other cars parked each pulling 10 or 20 KW on a 350 kW charger.  While multiple other cars wait to charge.
Come on EA, it's so simple to implement and EA makes more money, and customers are happier.

All four chargers were physically updated in July 2024. Now all support fast DC charging at 350 kW. Although my VW ID.4 can only use up to 170 kW, the peak charging rate I see now (around 120 kW) seems to be higher than before with the old chargers (around 100 kW). I've had no problems with plug and charge.

Good place to charge. #2 was not working on 8/1/23. Of course that's one of the 2, 350kwh chargers. #1 did a good job at 150.

Also, it's nice being able to go shopping at the Giane Eagle while charging.
