  Didn’t think I’d have to leave a real bad review about a merchant. Avoid this Tesla charging station unless you have no other choice. I didn’t realize this was a paid structure until it was too late. I wanted to turn back out but I got cars behind me and had to enter the structure. The Tesla charging station is all the way on the third floor. They blocked out some paths and if you were not careful you miss the right way to turn up and had to waste more time. I noticed people said you could validate the ticket at Starbucks. I was not in the mood for that anyways. Tried to pay for the parking but the ticket didn’t read. After charging 20% I just wanted to leave and on the exit the security guard charged me $5 for the bad ticket. I really disliked this whole thing. My car was at a low percentage and they thoroughly took advantage of that. If anybody came here just for charging, they should consider validating it or put out a sign to say charging Tesla only will cost you more. Be aware! No picture. Not ever coming back.

  Not an easy stop. Getting on and off the freeway is a hassle. Takes too much time to reach the 3rd floor of the parking structure. There are not clear instructions about parking fees and payment. Skip this one if you can. 😵‍💫

  On the weekend, it's a $5 flat fee to park without validation. Starbucks and Robeks validate but Starbucks is no longer there and Robeks is closed at least today (Sunday). I went ahead and paid at the pay kiosks while walking back to my car but they weren't reading my credit card and I had to pay in cash. Granted, there are many kiosks and I only tried 2. There are plenty of charging stalls, so no wait time.. but not worth it to pay $5 bucks.

  Extra parking fees just to charge in the garage, and you have to drive all the way up to the higher levels—very time-consuming. The mall signage is poor, and it’s hard to find restaurants or shops to make a purchase and redeem the parking fee. The restroom on Level 1 is code-locked. Don’t be afraid to call the phone number posted there—they’ll give you the access code.

  I was attracted by the obviously low charging fees of this supercharging station, and I also happened to be going to the nearby supermarket. However, when I followed the navigation, I found that the supercharging station was located in the parking lot of a shopping mall, and the parking fee was as high as $3 for every 15 minutes! But my car only had 6% battery left, so I had no choice but to come in and charge it. There were road signs of the charging station at all the turning points in the parking lot, and it was very easy to find the charging site. Then I noticed that there were instructions on the wall saying that parking fees could be waived if you made a purchase in the mall, and this included Starbucks. So I went to the Starbucks on the first floor. After confirming with the staff, I bought a cup of hot latte for $5.75 , and the staff stamped my parking ticket to make it free. So, remember to take your parking ticket with you when you go to Starbucks!
