Snow was in front of the machine and one machine was out of order. It seems to take quite a while to get your charge were you like it to be.

CC charge is very good, but one charger can’t read my credit card. Another one can.

Great location if you can get a charger and if they work. Always 2 stations down, often 1 isn’t reported as down but just won’t work and the remaining chargers are always full. Save your time and just go to the tesla station (if your car is supported) that is 10 minutes away with 40 level 4 chargers.

The place is clean at a great location but the fees are outrageous ! With no warning they charged me $7.65 on fees!   I paid $10usd to add just 40 miles to my car range. If you don't have a plan, and you decide to use one of their chargers you actually would save money by going back use Gas. I will never use EvGo again. We are all supposed to be helping the environment, this prices certainly do quite the opposite.

All of these chargers keep having issues with stopping, while I'm away from the vehicle (very very inconvenient), this location does have 6 stations, and they all have both CHAdeMO and CCS connectors, which is good business practice. Grocery store on site, Japanese and Chinese restaurants too.
But this constant failure at This Location Only, is going to keep me going to the competition. I've made at least eight phone calls to report this issue, over the past three months.
