Most of the times 1 or more of the chargers are out of service. Advertises 350 Kw chargers, but half the time baby get passed 60 kw even when no one else is charging (at least for the first 20 min).

Waited in line and then the connector wouldn't even plug in properly to my vehicle. I just left since I didn't want to deal with the chaos of speaking to the next person in line to see if it works for them and then cut back into line after them for the next charger to try with my car Also this particular EA is not located in a good spot since cars are driving down the main thoroughfare Very disappointing

CCS charger would not initiate charge. I had this problem the one other time I used EA back in Dec. Customer service guided me to a working one then and comp'd the charge. This time, they rebooted the station. Took a bit. Tried again, still couldn't initiate. They attached a free charge to my phone number on file. I drove a few yards to EVGo. SERVICE VEHICLE SOON light is on. And now this text: Diagnostic Alert: Service the lithium-ion battery in your 2017 Bolt within 1 day.
