Very unfortunate experience. Misleading practices and defective chargers, along with excessive hidden fees—including multiple added costs and idle fees (fees were nearly a third of the total). Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning or using this platform again

It's really quite good now since they upgraded about a year ago. I can change my Ioniq 5 at above 200kw most of the time. Best to go during day when not too busy. Also, it has 85% charging max, which I love since it weeds out those people who would charge to 100% and shop at mall for like two hours.

Came here on a weekday lunch time. 1 other car, no wait to charge. 35%-80% for 25 minutes (Equinox EV), very fast. Maybe very busy on weekends cuz it's located by a big shopping mall. So far so good. Update: went there on Saturday lunch time, 3 cars were waiting to charge. Avoid here for weekends.

2 of 4 NOT working. Called to have them reboot but Jelal still says it won’t work as under maintenance.. WHAT does that mean!??? Also he keeps asking for more information to ID me. I tell him it’s not necessary and the machines need rebooting but again he says they’re under maintenance and won’t matter. 3 cars behind me came and left . I’ve been here waiting for over 30 minutes now.

It's an okay charging station. All wer le rated upto a maximum of 150KW. While plugged in one of the stalls didn't work at all. So had to switch stations and it worked fine. Also it's close to the jersey shore mall, so had sometime to checkout their stores.
