Chargers are located outside of Lord & Taylor at the edge of the parking lot, bordering N Gulph Road.   For access after mall hours, you can access the chargers by entering the gates closest to the Electrify America chargers.

Simon King of Prussia Mall

Super busy, even when the mall isn't,  but certainly convenient and pretty fast to get to 85%. It's in the corner of the mall near Netflix House, across the parking lot at the edge facing Chili's Restaurant.

This EA location is fine, but not great given how far it is from the mall. Your best bet is to wait with your car unless you want to walk quite briskly.

Location: next to 202/DeKalb Pike, across the strew5 from Chili's and closet to thr Netflix House store (opening by end of 2025, apparently).

There is a good spot for cars to queue if the chargers are full.

This location does limit you to 85% charge. Understandable during peak times, but annoying otherwise.

They're now capping charging at 85%! I've never gone to a gas station that limits how many gallons of gas I can put in my car, and yet... What am I supposed to do if I'm traveling through this area (at the intersection of several major highways) and I need to charge above 85% to get to my destination (which is often the case due to the still limited charging infrastructure)?! Thanks for stranding me here Electrify America! This also seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. My car came with "free 30 minutes of charging", now there's no guarantees. At least lift the restrictions when it's not busy! I'm here in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday with tons of mall traffic and there is no line of cars waiting, I got a charger immediately. This is completely unnecessary and smells like something shady is going on. I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit, their reasoning for these restrictions seem incredibly flawed. I've used this station many times all days of the week, all hours of the day, I've never waited for more than 15 minutes to charge. This "solution" for fixing "congestion is really dumb!

Nothing new to find stations not working at this Electric America charging station.  In fact, there was a repair man with a Tesla fixing two stations when I arrived.  I’m giving this location a two star because not only was there two out of six down  at this location, I plugged in to one abvailable and it jumped from 124kw to 34 kw in a few minutes - which increased the charging duration time!  Fortunately I was able to switch to another that did the same 104kw to 50kw but at least it happened after 10 minutes😩.  I’m getting more and more frustrated with EV

Recently revamped with all new 350kW chargers -- but there's usually one out of commission. 6 spots, one of which is a Chademo.
