Simon Lee Premium Outlets (Lee, MA)

Charge rate was 35kW after over 10 minutes, while it is advertised as a 350kW station. I disconnected and went to another location and got 90kW.

Busy location for many hours of the day, with both store and long distance travelers.  High capacity chargers are much appreciated.

Used twice this weekend. First time was seamless. Second time had to try to “pumps” before it would accept my credit card. Then it shut off after five minutes, just as I was about to order food.

The silver lining is that it spurred me to explore the Mercedes branded chargers which I noticed as I was leaving from my first visit. They are available for all vehicles, and they are fantastic. Plus they’re about 30% cheaper than the Electrify America ones!

Maybe it is just my luck, but electrify Americas all seem to like shutting off about 5 minutes into charge and start charging idling fees. If you have gone shopping, you will get back to an unpleasant charge. I only got 4% before it dropped to idle. I usually avoid their chargers, but for now they are my only choice in Lee. Had to call it a successful charge to get the post to work.

This was the first time I used an electrify america charging station. Although I thought I had fully set up my account, it turned out that turning on automatic add money was not sufficient to adding money the first time.  I couldn't get started and had to call the help center for assistance.
They were available and helped right away. Once that problem was solved, the charger worked fine.
It was a very busy location but there wasn't a line of cars waiting while I was there.
I have years of experience using the Tesla supercharger network...it is especially easy because when you plug in, it knows your account info.  Electrify america - is this an enhancement you are considering?
