People charge her till 100% when all the bays are full . Should not allow more than 80-90% when full

This station there is something going on whether it’s full with cars or just one vehicle fast charging is alaways slow

The chargers here are reliable and never seem to be down, but I don’t think I’ve ever got more than 60(ish) kWh here. Not the end of the world, but not very quick either

Very good and reliable station. If one of the chargers breaks - it gets fixed quickly. I charge here at least couple times a week cause I live in MA where I pay double per kWh at home. I subscribed to EA's $7 monthly plan and my Ioniq 5 charges at about 15c per kWh. Ioniq's fast charging capability makes per minute pricing at this station (vs per kWh) absolutely great!

We've used EA a lot, at one point we had 2 electric vehicles. EA has nearly left us stranded on my multiple occasions because vehicle wouldn't make it to next charger. In the winter its common for the chargers to not get over 33 - 73kw even with the car fully warmed. It is common for atleast 1 charger to be down, coupled with severly increased demand on this taxed network. The charging experience is so bad we got rid of 1 electric car, and are just waiting for the lease to run out on the second... EA - Do better. I've talked to multiple people at your stations reporting the same, and literally leaving EV ownership as well BECAUSE of your charging experience.
