Good charger. Very convenient and within walking distance from many stores.

Easy to use, as other posters have said, not so easy to find. Google too me to the top level of the garage. You cannot enter the inside garage from that level. I followed the directions from others and found it easily enough.

I have been charging more than 30 session since signing up. With only 2 times when the charger prematurely ended the session with only 67% and 74% being charged. And of course because of that I didn’t get notified that it stopped while I was eating at restaurant since usually it takes over 1 hour to charge to 100%. And I was charged idle fee and was told that they can’t refund the charge since they see that there was nothing wrong with the sessions.

Hard to find due to the address being the general mall address. The chargers are in the garage that's between Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom on the ground floor on the side closer to Neiman Marcus. Hope this helps someone

Right in front of Walgreens, there is a parking garage. It’s sandwiched between Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. It’s on level one of the parking garage. Difficult to find because the address doesn’t lead you straight to it. The address is incorrect. Maybe type in Nordstrom parking lot or goodwill drop off or Walgreens and then look for the garage to the right of it.

This is the only location I charge my car at, I’m able to leave it plugged in and take a look around inside of the mall since it’s right there!!

Their customer service is pretty good if your free charging doesn’t work try doing on the app of the vehicle. You have the free charging with and click on a charge button for Electrify America and you should be able to select which station instead of doing Apple Pay each time trying to tap your card because sometimes it doesn’t work.
