AI Overview
The lot has free, illuminated parking with pull-in spaces that accommodate trailers. Multiple drivers report that chargers here frequently experience technical issues—app connection failures, mid-session disconnections, and offline stalls are common enough that checking availability before arrival is worth doing. A few drivers also reported billing discrepancies; verify your charges after leaving.

I recently visited the Electrify America station on Sugarloaf Parkway and encountered some frustrating issues that highlight a growing problem with the company’s customer support. I attempted to start a charge using the app, but the system repeatedly failed to connect. After nearly 30 minutes of troubleshooting on my own, I finally had to uninstall and reinstall the app before it would function properly. During this time, I attempted to contact Electrify America’s customer service line for assistance, but I couldn’t reach a single person. The call queue offered no meaningful support, no updates, and no path to speaking with a representative. This has become an increasingly common trend with Electrify America and raises concerns about their staffing levels and the reliability of their support system. While I was ultimately able to resolve the issue myself, the lack of accessible customer service is unacceptable—especially for a charging network that many drivers rely on during long trips or emergencies. Had this situation been more urgent, I would have been left in a difficult and potentially unsafe position. The station itself functioned properly once the app issue was resolved, but the overall experience underscored a major weakness. Electrify America needs to make customer support a priority by increasing staffing, improving phone queue systems, and ensuring drivers can get help when they need it. This is an area that deserves immediate attention and improvement.

It's a good location for the Gwinnett area. I hope they will continue to expand the network throughout Georgia.

Worst billing service. Blaming on customers with no time to respond on wrong charge. Check to make sure your billing is correct. Sneaky company.

I parked my car here to charge. After about 25 minutes of charging the charger disconnected and I had to run across two parking lots out of a hotel conference room to unplug my car. I was on the phone with support the entire time and they assured me that they would refund the idle charge since they can’t identify why their charger just stopped charging my car. Two days later I got a email from “Sharece”, telling me that I was correctly billed idle fees even though it was their charger that disconnected my car without charging it to the set percentage. Do yourself a favor and charge with EVgo or buy a Tesla adapter and save yourself the trouble. I wouldn’t trust this company, its support, or its chargers.
