Sofia, Bulgaria Supercharger

3 from 6 Station have defekt coiling max 36kw. No information how to find the chargers ( -2 RED) constant  traffic to get in and get out of parking garage. Getting out of the garage took 1,5h NEVER EVER

Appreciate that it's still 24/7 since it's inside, but what is going on here?
Lots of stalls deliver a max of 34kW and it looks like this has been an issue for a long time. Not good!
I was fortunate to arrive at 4am so it wasn't as busy and was able to find a full-power station.
Thankfully it looks like Tesla is planning to build a new site not too far from here which hopefully will have better capacity to help with the demand.

Really bad Tesla charger experience I've had. You exit the highway for 20 minutes and enter a shopping mall in Sofia. You wait in the shopping mall parking lot for about 25 minutes with people honking nervously while trying to park. If you have a chance, continue with another charger without using this one.

I’ve owned my Tesla since 2015 - and have been driving it on multiple continents- therefore have used some strange stations and have had multiple experiences. I was excited to have a Tesla Supercharger near my home in Sofia  however the demand that is needed in this city from both local and international drivers can’t be met with this one spot. I always have to wait almost no matter the times. I’ve experimented and there is rarely time I’ve been able

Location outside for those who are on the road and need to charge and go. Most neighboring countries now have multiple locations in their big cities. It’s a shame you are acting so slow and not checking the demand in this market.

Level -2 of the parking of Paradise shopping center, between 3C and 5D red/green area. Two hours free parking. Quick and efficient if you know where to go. :-) Ideal for a full charge and a break to eat in the food halls of the shopping center where the supercharger is located. Greetings from Greece!
