Located at the East of the Bank of America parking lot, at the exit of the Drive thru.

Usually great. Currently (6/11/26) all chargers are being worked on - people working, ground dug up, chargers open and cables wrapped in plastic. Don't know how long it will take. I checked with the workers - they said months.

2 plugs over here 4 over there so close to the atm that thought they were going to sideswipe me car....
It's got 6 chargers It's fine.

There wasn't a problem charging my vehicle. The problem I've had is the lack of a proper receipt for the transaction. If I were to use a pump at a gas station. If I know the exact pump number, card used, transaction amount and date of the transaction, I can go to the gas station the next day and get a proper receipt. If you don't have an account with EA and you call customer service with the charge location, transaction amount and card used for the transaction they cannot provide a proper receipt. They can only send you a text of the transaction details but it will not show the card that was used for the transaction. This makes it tough for reimbursement. This is should be a simple fix.

(Return visit) Two months later and the same charger is still broken. Waited for a working charger, then watched multiple people come and go, blocked by that broken one.

(Second Use): Charger #3 is mostly broken. It displays “Reconnecting” forever, but will still accept a card and begin charging without updating. If the second port plugs in, the first disconnects, meaning even more babysitting. It only charged at 9kW of its claimed 350kW so I gave up.

(First Use): Chargers were open and #2 was working. Rate was good (40 descending to 22 of my car’s max 54kW rate). Good location for Heavenly Village travelers. Seems to be one separate charger out front but the rest are easy to spot behind the bank.

One of the chargers was down.  Nice location.  There is a great bagel shop (Dragon Fly Bagel Co) just across from the chargers.  Good coffee and bagels. Note when you pull into the Bank of America parking lot. You see only one charger.  The rest of the chargers are hidden behind the Bank of America building.
