Charging spaces are small even though it gets the job done in a timely manner. There is a $55 holding fee each time which is unfortunate because my charger randomly stopped working so I had to pay another holding fee which is ridiculous. Also, it takes forever for them to update the actual cost.

I am a long time Tesla owner so all my charging were either at home or on the best charging network so switching was scary because of charging. I tried the EvGo charger today and I was not disappointed at all. It’s was easy as I had set up everything in the app and just like Tesla it was automatic once I plugged it in. It was a breeze and I get a discount for being a Cadillac owner which was a plus. The names of the charging units through me off a it and then I got it😊 Nice!!

Very expensive and charge me two times, First time I plugged in my car and started charge with in minutes stopped so I have to pay again and plug in my car took longer to charge and cost me 20 bucks for 50%charge never going back. So I went Costco next exit and I charge full with 5 bucks so go Costco they don’t ask membership card

Who's idea was it to place the EVgo stations so close? 6 adapters but only 4 parking spots. I waited two hours to charge my vehicle when the adapter that I needed was available but I couldn't park to use it. Great engineering etiquette. Not 👎🏾
