Paying 1.50 for parking, only to end up trying two chargers in the evening that both didn't work and then the Tesla app showing all chargers to be unavailable. Thank You for nothing ...

The tesla charging is fast. You need to pay for the parking switch is okay because charging is fast. Also we came on Saturday late night and the washroom was open such was a relief. You can access the toilet only from one door that is- when you take right near ev charging stations the nearest door for mall is on your right side, that is open, second floor B from the elevator. That is the only one open when the mall closes.Go to the nearest door from EV charging station. The toilet and parking was clean.

Some of the posts from fellow Tesla owners here are hard to stomach. They're saying things like, "I never had to pay at the gas station," etc. Guys, this is a fairly well-maintained underground parking garage at a good shopping center. And the parking fees—around CHF 1.50/hour—are also quite reasonable. From what I've seen, the off-peak charging rates are quite attractive.

A sign at the entrance signpost would be really helpful, but once you're inside the parking garage, the way is clearly signposted. Parking fees are really unnecessary, though. On the plus side, you're under cover and safe from shady characters. The parking garage is under video surveillance and very well lit. At night, the lights are mostly off, but motion detectors switch them on section by section. So if someone were lurking around, it wouldn't go unnoticed.

If you enjoy sitting in traffic, letting your satnav lead you astray, and then paying a "parking fee" to charge your car, then this is the place for you. Everyone else is better off going somewhere else.

I charge here once or twice a week. Unfortunately, I never get more than 60 kW charging power, even though I'm almost the only one charging. The price per kilowatt-hour is reasonable if you charge before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM. The infrastructure and location are excellent.

Exiting the parking garage, you're directly on the highway. Charging prices are good, but there are parking fees on top of that. However, you're right next to the Kybunpark shopping mall or Ikea. It's often open on Sundays. Opposite is a large climbing gym. There's a bakery in the mall, and the restrooms are open even when the mall and shops are closed. There are numerous charging stations, including those from other providers. The charging stations are well signposted. Use either entrance and then follow the electric vehicle signs until you reach the end.

Service not available during events in the stadium. Perhaps this service could be reconsidered by Tesla. We visited OLMA and planned to charge here afterward, in order to drive home. Unfortunately, a football match was on, and the garage was full. And, presumably, there would have been a free (as in unoccupied) charging spot for us, but we came nowhere near it. I even had to reverse back onto the garage ramp, as did a Tesla owner that was experiencing the same problem. Also, if there had been a free parking spot, we would have been charged CHF15 for the privilege of accessing the Tesla charging facility. We resolved our little problem by driving to a charging station in Herisau.

I went there after midnight, the Tesla supercharger was fast (reached 200kV), we stayed there for less than 15 minutes and we didn’t have to pay the parking fee, we just validated the ticket at the barrier and we were free to go.

You need to drive inside the parking garage of the shopping mall to charge your car. 1 hour parking costs 1,5 CHF and you can pay with credit card if you only have Euro coins with you. The toilets are very clean here.
