I needed to charge around 4 PM on a weekday and wasted my time at this place. People do not stay in their cars at this location because they want to go into the mall. There were so many cars that were just sitting there after being fully charged. There was also a charger that was broken, but it wouldn’t say that it was broken. I pulled into it thinking I would be able to charge and lost my place in line. Luckily I had enough juice to get to another location, but I definitely won’t be coming back to this spot. Totally understand people wanting to shop, but it’s kind of rude to just leave your car. If you have to charge here do so in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning.

Despise the bad reviews I came here to check it out. The number 4 charger (is the only one I’m using) is super fast, my BMW I3 doesn’t work on a lot of chargers, and this one is the fastest I ever charge. I’m here for 15 minutes and is already 71%, loving this.

Of you've ever used a Tesla Supercharger you will find Electrify America to be a frustrating experience. The interface is confusing, they give repeated error messages when initiating a charging session where you are instructed to unplug and try again. I can't say whether it's a hardware problem or a software problem but I am not happy with EA's glitchy service

Convenient in the mornings but these chargers don’t work at hyper-fast mode at all. Even when the place is completely empty I get 150kw max. In ither chargers I’ve seen close to 300. Usually it gives 100kw max which means 45min charging.

It’s great when it’s working. Our 6 chargers, only 3 are working for over 2 weeks now. One is totally without power while 2 are broken/not available.
