Underwhelming.  The two very fast chargers have been offline for a couple months now.  Maybe waiting for parts?

Of the four online chargers, Hippolyta never works for my car.  You might get it to work.  The other stations occasionally stop charging in the middle of the session, so I can't leave my vehicle.

All three stations that work are currently busy, so I'm writing this review while charging at a (less expensive) competitor 4 miles away.

I'm glad they added "350kw" chargers here, but my session topped at around 150, and 100 the next day, during simultaneous charging, even though my car can charge at 240 or so.
It's nice that they labeled the "350kw" charger spaces for fast-charging cars only, but it's hard to notice, and they strangely marked every space that way, rendering it useless.

Clean, good on charge, not much available spots it's a small charging station. Like 5. But they have 24 /7 security.  We'll lit it if dark. In a wonderful shopping ctr. While u wait to charge in day. No tesla outlet here.

All of the screens are broken at the station. I went to four of them. They don’t display information when you’re charging. There’s trash all over the floor. The charging units are filthy. They have business cards and advertisements taped to them. No one’s looking after the stations. I swipe my card and they put a hold on my debit card without telling me. I called support. They provided no information to how much I was charged on the screen at the charging station and the rep on the phone couldn’t tell me what they charged me. They said it’s 3 to 5 business days till I get back my money that that’s what they do is they put a hold on the card. They never told me they were gonna do this. And the lady on the phone has no information about what I was charged or could help me in anyway. This company does not look after the customers and they don’t look after the charging station.

EvGo is probably one of the most reliable EV charger out here tbh. Never had any issues with them. I mainly use Auto Charge which starts charging automically as soon as I plug in my vehicle. Very easy
