Strasbourg Sud, France Supercharger

Beaucoup trop lent, puissance réduite et partagée entre les bornes de type 2. Accéder compliqué depuis sortie autoroute.

Far too slow, reduced power and shared between type 2 charging stations. Difficult access from the motorway exit.

Pas assez puissants ça serait top si ils pouvaient mettre les nouveaux car y a souvent beaucoup de monde là bas .
Par contre ce qui est top c’est l’hôtel mercure vous pouvez prendre un bon café la bas il y a des toilettes et les serveurs sont très sympa

Not powerful enough, it would be great if they could install the new ones because it's often very crowded there.

On the other hand, what's great is the Mercure hotel; you can get a good coffee there, there are restrooms, and the waiters are very friendly.

L'emplacement est bien et l'hôtel agréable, mais les chargeurs sont trop lent (v2 150kw) et vu qu'il y a souvent du monde la puissance est divisé par deux. Il m'a fallut 1h pour passer de 10 à 87%.

The location is good and the hotel is nice, but the chargers are too slow (v2 150kW) and since it's often crowded, the charging power is halved. It took me an hour to go from 10% to 87%.

The Tesla Supercharger is a bit hidden behind the Hotel Mercure on the outskirts of Straßburg on the German Border. If you are near this supercharger, I definitely recommend charging here as the rates of supercharging are definitely lower in France than in Germany, I guess due to the Nuclear Power Plants in France. The Supercharger is great with good speed of supercharging. I could charge from 20-95% in less than 30 mins being an owner of Model Y Tesla.
Also the walk to the nearby shopping area is less than 10 mins if you are charging to the maximum capacity with lots of eating and shopping options.

Sympathique site Superchargeur Tesla en périphérie de Strasbourg. Accès un peu compliqué depuis le Sud pendant les heures de pointes car il faut traverser la zone commerciale pour z arriver. Néanmoins, l’endroit est calme, bien fourni en borne V2 (150kw) même si quelques bornes V3 seraient probablement les bienvenues à terme. L’accueil a l’hôtel est excellent. Très bon café et toilettes propres!

A nice Tesla Supercharger site on the outskirts of Strasbourg. Access is a bit tricky from the south during rush hour as you have to drive through the shopping area to get there. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and well-equipped with V2 (150kW) charging points, although a few V3 charging points would probably be welcome in the future. The staff at the hotel are excellent. Very good coffee and clean restrooms!

Good simple and wide Tesla SuperCharge charging. Nearby is a decent hotel that works all the time. The toilet is clean/Coffee is a little more expensive than in other hotels -5 euro, a cozy lobby and free wi fi - as a bonus for those who charge the car. If you go along the highway towards Strasbourg, the race is a little long, through the industrial zone, but a fairly fast and short return to the A35 highway.

At the back of mercure hotel,  clean place,  normal speed charging 👍🏻

Attention, this is the only supercharger location I have seen where you need to buy at the bar or restaurant to use the toilets. Otherwise good

Charging the car is ok. But using their WC is not permitted if you don't buy food or drinks at the bar... Never saw something like this at other Tesla supercharging points (Novotel for example). We won't come back.
