Suncor Energy Products Partnership

DO NOT BOTHER STOPPING HERE TO CHARGE. Two charging stations, one is completely broken. The second key card reader is broken. I even tried downloading the app like the broken machine told me and it didn’t work either. Useless electric charging station. 0/5 stars.

There are two charging stations at this location and neither charging station works because the card readers on both machines are broken.

The machine will tell you to download the EV app, but there is no Petro Can ev app.

So if the card reader is broken, the machine is practically useless.

All the needed stuff you can get here.
Clean washroom and drivers lounge too.

Petro Canada chargers are so buggy that they are effectively unusable. No matter what combination of plugging in my car, activating in the app, or using the screen I could not get these to activate. Luckily I had enough range to get home but you just can't rely on any chargers other than Tesla Superchargers and Flo, full stop.

Last time I charged, it was capped at 42KW/H. not ideal for traveling. Reason is they charge by the minute. This averages to about $0.70 per KW. Charge by the KW and give max the vehicle will take much better for traveling where time is a huge factor. I really do not recommend this charger because of slow charging, remove it from the map. I will never go back until the charging speed has improved. The hardware is already capable.
