I’ve charged all over the country and this has proven to be the worst location. Multiple chargers are regularly broken and about 1/4 of the spots are always taken by non electric cars. Today, an Amazon delivery vehicle was double parked in 2 of the spots. Slow turnover with the few remaining spots (students eating idle fees?). Third time attempting to charge at this location with no luck.

Many of the chargers do not work, out of order signs not present upkeep is just not there. Many GAS car students parking in all the charging spots where EV owners need to charge their car. The Syracuse city parking has sent their parking employees over to charge each Tesla owner for parking during the time they are charging through an "APP" I dont think so..... this charger is dead to me now. That's like charging someone to fuel up their car at the gas station! No thank you, I dont think this will work the way you think! Hahaha

First time at a V4 stall, charged jut fine. The lactation is add, it’s at a small mall, and nearly all the parking space are for the chargers. Which is why some of the chargers were being iced.
