Its time to expand and have more chargers available.  There is a growing trend of EV's that need to charge but not many locations that are close.

Network error. My card is authorized but says payment failed.

The charging rates are disappointing. The 100 kW pedestals max out at 75 (my car showed the station limited power). The 350 kW station only got me 100, but that may have been my car. The 350 plugs are finicky. The right side wouldn't start. The left one did thankfully.

Price is highway robbery. Charged me $5 for 5 kWh, about 10 times more expensive than at home.

if you use your credit card, there is a $55 pre authorization charge. This is not disclosed on the charger anywhere. it's even worse when the charger doesn't work and you attempt multiple times getting multiple $55 dollar charges that will lower your account balance for several days until it's refunded to your account in 3-5 business days. That was $165 of my money I'm unable to use to help the recent flood victims. This is highly immoral and a bad business practice. Customer service pretty much said I can pound sand and wait 3-5 days.

I visit this charger regularly and each time I have a good experience. The plugs seem to always be in working condition, and the chargers are well lit. It's a fairly new station so the kiosks are easy to read and not vandalized yet.

To address one of the other reviews here, only the super fast charger 350kw is dual charge capable. That is why there are only 4 spots. The 175kw chargers are one plug or the other, not both simultaneously. There are a maximum of 4 charging spots at once.

Parking is nice and wide. There is ample parking near the chargers, so if you must wait for vacancy, you can wait very close nearby.
