STOP. Do not use this charging station. I've had nothing but trouble with it for several hours. Read on if you want, but that's the tldr.

80% of the time the Electrify America charging stations work and the experience is great.

The 20% of the time they don't work, and it is miserable. It's consistently difficult to communicate with the poor customer service representative because of weird phone delays which leads to people talking over each other and long silent periods, as well as them speaking English as a second language.

In September, I was at one in South Dakota, too far from the next option for the range I had left, and all of the charging stations were out of order. It took an hour and several calls to get it rebooted.

Today, it took 30 minutes on the phone to get this one in Wyoming to start (all 3 of the ones I tried were out of order). I went to have dinner while it charged, and came back to a prematurely aborted charging session, a charger that was out of order and a $14 idle fee. After 15 minutes on the phone they were able to reboot that one. Meanwhile, I was able to get a session started on a different station. When asked "is there anything else I can do for you" I said "yes, I don't think I should be charged for the idle fee while I was eating dinner assuming my truck was charging." They refused to wipe that charge, blaming me for remotely stopping the charge (which I don't even know how to do). That's what prompted this review.

I've used about 100 Electrify America stations in the last several years, and am confident in my estimate that the charger works 80% of the time. If that's good enough for you, go ahead. But would you accept it if only 80% of gas stations had gas?

Does not work with Jeep Wrangler hybrids. Only has one connector type for whole station.

Worked as it should.  Super easy and was able to charge at 500+ mph.

Easy access chargers that worked great! It’s a good spot if you are running errands and need to get shopping done while you charge. If you are coming through from roadtripping it’s also not a bad stop because you can get food/lodging.

There were 2 350kW chargers and 2 150 kW chargers.
