  Would recommend avoiding charger 50. Stopped charging after five minutes twice, then proceeded to charge me an idling fee of $0.40/min for 13 minutes after leaving the charger. Had to call support twice to resolve. Such a waste of my time I will truly never plug in here again. Extremely frustrating experience.

  Very unreliable service: This is the closest Electrify America charger to me so I tend to use it weekly. I can confidently say that over the past two weeks, there has rarely been- if ever- a week where all 3 chargers are working. Most of these time, 2 out of 3 are offline, causing very long waiting times

  I use CHAdeMO, it says it can get up to 50 but really its about 12. I can get about 25 percent in 40 minutes. Sometimes theres someone parked in the space that seems "meant" for the CHAdeMO but you can just reach when parked on the opposite side.

  I'm new and they helped me. Because this is a lot! Coming from gas 😁 But wants you set up a card it's usually easy. It takes about a half hour for me. Great location. We need them in every city around Seattle because there's to many electric 💡 cars now. Maybe like 12 at each charging place will help get people in and out. The waiting at these places can very time or day.

  No complains about the charging speed or connectivity. I love their app and it's easy to use. The issue I have is the positioning of chargers. Wish they used a bank of chargers in one row. There is a lot of space here in Issaquah Commons Target parking lot. But they chose to put the chargers in parallel maybe I am just not picking
