Beware station will sometimes not charge you the member rate and when you call support their answer boils down to too bad. Can’t recommend.

At least one charger is broken at all times. This station is also super slow.

I wish you’d make the charging stations further apart in space. If I have to get in between two cars there isn’t enough room to maneuver into it! Also it would be nice if the app told you which stations aren’t working ahead of time! I have tried two different times at two different stations and they both had chargers that weren’t working! It’s annoying

Charging stopped at 85% and did not get the full charge as I thought I always get from this location. When called customer service that my setting was at 85% which I never did. I have all the receipts to prove it as well. This company sucks and the customer service sucks as well. Customer service asking for personal information which they already have on file once I confirm my name and phone number and my email. You guys are losing big time business from me since I charge my car everyday.

Slow. Long lines. Waited almost 50 min to charge, then someone started arguing with me that he was there before like he wanted to pick a fight. Avoid it. Recommending to find other chargers maybe better rate of charging and nicer people.
