One of the worst if not the one and only. Show 350 KWH but only charges at 145 KWH.

I would put 0 stars if I could. This is the fifth Electrify America charging station I have gone to that had zero working chargers, despite both the app and Google maps saying that there is an operational charger available. I had to make an emergency exit with 6 miles left to charge because I got stuck in traffic for an absurd amount of time (and yes I should have planned better and had a backup charger just in case). I made it to the charging station with less than a mile left of range, only to find all the chargers inoperable. I would like to say I am a fairly patient person, but this company is truly testing that claim.

Their support line automated menu had zero options for customer support/complaint department, but fortunately the first agent was able to redirect me to them. The customer support agent then proceeded to fumble the conversation. I just wanted to submit a ticket that this station was inoperable and that multiple stations in the area had the same issue.  I took 30 minutes to compose myself before calling because I understand that the customer service employees have zero control over things like this and they don't deserve dealing with a heated customer. I gave him the charging station id number and the location, and he proceeded to ask me to give him a whole backlog of diagnostic information; I hung up after telling him I didn't have to patience to give him that information. I understand their intent of the request, but I'm not going to wait around in 90°F weather with zero cloud coverage and a dead vehicle to help a company that has yet to provide me any service. The information I provided is plenty sufficient for them to start an investigation. No customer should be expected to do the job that the company should be doing as routine quality assurance.

All chargers have been unavailable for a week and one has a tag on it indicating Danger Do Not Use.  Rarely will you find an Electrify America station where all chargers are functioning.  BMW and Mercedes offer a free two years of charging with Electrify America which is pretty much useless.  GM does it better offering $1500 towards installation of a Level II charger.

What is going in with Electrify America??? This is the third station I've been to where 1 out of 4 chargers are working! I called to see if they could be reset but was told that there were work orders in place from a month ago...no wonder all non working chargers had spider webs!!

Located on the edge of the College Grove Target parking lot. Easy to maneuver in and out of charging spots.
