Not enough charging stations r super charge very slow. Only 6 in a gigantic parking lot, it also cost way too much like gas. If u can get an attachment to use tesla station, u would save more. U can get on Amazon 150.00 to 200.00.

This location is abysmal. I use it because it is close to my home. However, two or three of the stations are usually inoperable. One of the 350kw stations has a member payment error, so you have select "guest." The street light in the far roght corner is usually not working or flickering like crazy. The bright green lights around the staions have been out for over a month. So safety is a concern at times after dark. There is no place for trash, so some people leave trash on the ground or in a shopping cart that's been sitting there for weeks. Additionally, the screen will tell you the cost of a kw/min based on a range (i.e. 1 - 90kw is .29/min)...but it is not always correct. I could go on, but no need. Electricity America must get better if the push for EV is going to be more successful.

This was our first experience with this charging. I was highly confused. However, I called the 800 number on the machine and got excellent 24/7 customer service. They talked me through it step by step. After that, it was easy and much less expensive than gasoline. 😁
