Pros: All 4 Charging Stations are Hyper Speed Charger Cons: Some of the 4 chargers are defective from time to time, and the waiting line for charging is always long. Normally it will take 45 mins to get a charger in day time and 30 mins at night. The worst time period might be 5PM-9PM every day.

Waited an hour and a half for a charging station, there are 4 stations here but only 3 were working (and that's like 80% of the time). Then when we finally get to charge, the station didn't work. The screen was frozen! They have buttons on all of the machines to call support but they don't actually work so you have to call the number on the machine. I'm then placed on a 5 minute hold while the automated message tells me to report problems on the app... The app will then tell me to call customer support. Which is it Electrify America??

Wait time is too long. I waited 50 min last time I was there. There are always 5 or 6 cars at least waiting for charging station. Some people will charge 90 to 100 %. And it takes 45 to 60 min to finish. This is the main reason for long line. The San Dimas charging station has 85% charging limit. It makes wait 30 min or less. I wish Electrify America would implement 85% charging limit in this location.

Is Electrify America location is the fastest (180kw) location that I have been in the east side of Los Angeles County. There are four charging bays and all of them work as of my review. The parking lot is organized so that there is enough space for all the vehicles to queue up without bothering any of the internal combustion cars. Look for the chargers on the west side of the parking lot.

Total of 3 DC charge but always have at least one broken. Last week it shows there should be two station working, but one of them have broken DC cable, leaving only the Tesla cable that's usable and the other one cannot initiate payment(at least 4 people tried while I'm there). So basically none working. It's a waste of people's time cause on the app it shows it's available but once you get there, there's nothing working.
