This charging station sucks. It took multiple attempts to get it to connect to my vehicle and then it charged really slow.

One charger is always broken. They use a weird wallet account management situation that results in what just happened to me. I moved since the last time I used one of their chargers as a result I started charging. They didn’t check my credit card until I was 25% done charging then they ran my credit card. It didn’t go through. It stops charging, and by the time I got back to my car, I had $7.50 in “idle fees“. I’m sorry, but that’s some BS.

seems like limited availability as often some of the charges are not working. Funny, the first time I tried that location there was a school bus pulled up blocking out three of the charges The charge rate is rather slow. Thankfully I have a 220 set up at my house. Went back today, total waste of my time. The charge rate on two different charge stations was under 30mw. I canceled both of them as I did not want to to sit in my car for over an hour. A proper working charge station take about 20 minutes for my average charge. I have had not problem at other Electrify America Stations. Simply not worth my time going there. It sucks big time…..

I've had an ID4 for about 6 months now. 50% of the time, EA machines work when plugging in. The other 50% of the time, I've had to call in for help. Today is an example. Charger initially didn't work. Took fifteen minutes to reboot. Then once it finally started working, it put out 14kw. 4:30 h left to full charge.
