Even though it’s in a Target parking lot there’s lots of homeless/shady people. Not the best area. I wouldn’t stop here if I was by myself. Especially after hours.

This charging station has become my go-to spot for powering up my VinFast VF8 and VinFast VF9 during lunch. I've been here a dozen times, and typically, one or more chargers are open. A significant upgrade in late 2024 brought all the 350 kW CCS chargers into top-notch condition. What's more, the removal of walls around the nearby transformers has effectively discouraged homeless individuals from lingering, making the area feel safer and cleaner. I rarely have any trouble getting a connection using VinFast app. The convenience of a gas station and a Target in the same shopping center also makes it easy to run errands or use the restroom while I charge.

I don't frequent any other charges as this one is down the street. I charge here every other month when I need a quick charge. After a little over a year, my average speed is ~50kW on an Ioniq 5. I've seen EA work on these chargers multiple times, not sure what they are doing as they are always broken and only deliever a fraction of speed.

Those charger breaks almost every time. I tried three times to charge my car, but it wouldn't connect. But I went to Folsom. Right away, my car was charged. Maintenance is a very bad and dangerous place. A lot of homeless walking . Be safe, don't go there, and don't waste your time.
