Three of the six chargers were "unavailable," and the other three were in use. When the other car waiting called Electrify America, the said it wasn't a software problem, so there was nothing they could do. But it charged pretty quickly once I got on.

Would be great if WAYMO wasn’t always using half the stations.

It's located between Dicks and Nordstrom. Great location with easy access.

Easy to use. I already had an account with them and used the app on my phone to connect and charge.

Charging station located on South side of the mall, across from Nordstrom. Many available stations. Fast charging. Easy to use.

Not sure why they made the spots at an angle vs straight. If your charging port is at the back of your car, like mine is, the cable isn't long enough to reach the back! So for those cars, you have to awkwardly back out, do a 5 point turn in the narrow aisle and then back into the spot at the wrong angle for the aisle. There's also no obvious line to wait if the chargers are full. Folks end up either parking in a spot and trying to balance which charger opens up and making a mad dash before someone that came after you grabs it! Instead of shoe horning the chargers in the middle of an existing aisle, they should have chosen a place near the edge of the parking lot and designed it better.
