Taupo, NZ Supercharger

A great place to stop for a fast charge and a quick snack.
The location is beautiful, with several lookout points nearby and the lake right there. In good weather, you can even see m. Ruapehu. We really enjoy charging here. There are also lots of cafés close by, so it is a very convenient and pleasant stop.

Great location near Lake Taupo. A perfect spot to walk along the lakefront and capture stunning photos while your vehicle charges.

Stopped in for a quick top up with no problems. Getting into the charge bays is a bit difficult, having to reverse in off quite a busy road. The Sunday Market was on in the oark just across the road, which helped kill a few minutes

Time for a quick charge. The max charge speed I got was 100 kWh. Was expecting more but enough to get us going.

Nicest location and charge rate was above 110kW……fastest Supercharger I’ve been to 😬 Also most expensive!!
