AI Overview
The chargers are located behind the mall between Sears and JC Penny. Drivers report inconsistent reliability — some sessions have failed to initiate or complete, while others have charged without issue. Recent reports note occasional app syncing problems with charging sessions. Non-EV vehicles sometimes park in charging spaces, though they typically move when drivers arrive.

App sign up is a terrible process. Finding the charging station in the app was a pain. Tried the credit card reader but it wouldn't work the first 10 attempts. Finally got the charging session started, went to eat, and came back to see that it wasn't charging, it had only worked for a few minutes before failing.

Been reliable charge station for me so far… for now. Strangely however, there are usually non electric cars parked here. Thankfully they move when I arrive. I find that charging up to 85 %, then the rest at home does the trick. It’s faster than trying to complete the 95% in the hour.

Absolute garbage. Poorly maintained, would not initiate a charge for me or the other folks trying at both towers. This station looks as if it hasn't seen maintenance since it was installed. This was enough for me to cancel my EVGo subscription. When folks complain about the CCS infrastructure, this is why. Take my advice and just push on to the Electrify America station in Barstow.

Chargers are in good shape. Cost is okay. Easy to access. 50kW charger max cost is $0.56kW during peak and $0.99 session fee. Works good with the EVGO app so no need to mess with credit cards and just get billed once a month

I've been using this location to quick charge for the last 3 weeks. It's not too busy and Ive been able to plug in without waiting for others to finish. Being next to the mall I can going inside and stretch my legs after a 2.5 hr drive home everyday. Most importantly, the units work! No calling tech support to reboot the units. You know who I'm talking about.
