Toronto, ON - Don Mills Road Supercharger

What makes this Supercharger special:

- Free Level 2/destination charging available alongside standard charging
- Multiple dining and grocery options nearby (both in and around the mall)
- Mall restrooms close between 9–10 PM on weekdays
- Convenient Circle K with touchless car wash
- 24/7 Shoppers Drug Mart just outside the mall

This Tesla’s supercharging stations with free parking are a great convenience for EV owners, but they come with a common downside: overcrowding. Here’s a breakdown of the experience:

Pros:
1.	Free Parking: A rare perk in today’s world, especially at charging stations. This saves money and adds value for Tesla owners.
2.	Fast Charging: Tesla’s superchargers are known for their speed, getting your vehicle charged quickly compared to many alternatives.
3.	Convenient Locations: Most superchargers are strategically placed near shopping centers, restaurants, or major highways.

Cons:
1.	Always Full: Free parking often means people leave their cars at the station for longer than necessary, causing congestion.
2.	Long Wait Times: During peak hours, especially evenings or weekends, you may need to wait for a spot to open.
3.	Early Birds Get the Charge: To avoid delays, arriving early is almost a necessity. However, this isn’t practical for everyone, especially during long trips.

Conclusion:
While Tesla supercharging stations with free parking offer fantastic benefits, the frequent overcrowding can make the experience frustrating. Tesla could consider solutions such as time-limited parking or increased station capacity to improve the experience. In the meantime, planning ahead and charging during off-peak hours is the best way to make the most of these stations.

Lots of superchargers. Added bonus, free slower charging. Thanks to the other reviews, by Elise knew the chargers were not on the main level. Had I dug a little deeper, I would have noticed that there's also additional chargers on the next floor up.

Free and covered, this is a nice station but it’s busy accordingly. A few good superchargers and a few good regular L2 chargers for longer plug-ins while shopping at the nearby shops. Easy to make a little trip for any of your needs while the car charges. And lots of parking to pull into when you’re done supercharging if needed as well. High marks for a free deck! That’s not always how these things go.

Go to level 2 and navigate to the eastern part of the deck to find these stations.

📍 This one inside CF Fairview Mall in Don Mills. Inside the parking lot, there is a sign indicating the way to the charging station ⛽ on the 1st and 2nd floor corners. They have plenty of charging points ☝️, which is a good thing. However, during peak times, the 1st floor can be full of buzz, so it's recommended to try the second floor. 🚗🔌😊
