AI Overview
This Supercharger is located in a hotel parking garage and requires paid parking to access the chargers; multiple drivers report parking fees ranging from $5 for 30 minutes to potentially higher rates during special events. The chargers themselves are underground in the garage, and the entrance can be difficult to locate without directions from the hotel. Access restrictions may apply during certain hotel events.

Finding the Tesla Supercharger is a problem by itself. You first have to go to the hotel office to ask where the entrance is, and only then—by following their directions—can you find the charger. I charged my car for about 40 minutes and had to pay $12 just for parking, on top of the Tesla charging fee. Honestly, this feels like a rip-off. Unless you really have no other option, I strongly recommend not charging your car here.

You see all one star reviews and that tells you the majority of people agree- this location is a money-grab! The hotel charges you parking fees + tax (yes plus tax!!) AND the kWh rate is higher than most supercharger locations. Not to mention this hotel is out in nowhere so you can’t even walk away for a coffee (only at the hotel coffee shop, no surprise). Why bother? Add it all up and it’s cheaper even go to Sherway Gardens or Fairview. Tesla HQ has poor planning to allow superchargers located at inconvenient locations, yet an abundance of destination chargers which isn’t helpful because time is also money! ***Update*** Having run out of juice going along Lakeshore near the Exhibition I decided to give this place one more try and now I have changed my mind: They deserve a better rating. Why? Because they have “souped” this charging stay wattage to an incredibly high output. I can safely say the highest in town bar none. I still have to pay $5/hr + tax for a parking fee but the faster charging sort of makes up for it overall.

Not the easiest to find, 5$ for 30 mins parking fee and a short maze underground to get too. It's under the hotel, in the hotel parking lot.

It’s more of a “pay for parking, with the option of using a supercharger”. I don’t know what the hotel owner did, who they pleased… but they got the deal of the century to make money off of Tesla owners needing a charge. 1 star for Tesla in the matter, and 1 Star for the hotel.. I advise you to just find a normal supercharger or parking at your preferred location.

Paid parking to charge, it’s in Precise Parklink / Hotel X parking lot underground!
