It actually works.. slow but it works. We plugged in here while getting lunch and added another 30 to 40 miles of range.

Charging is paid and quite slow. $1.50/hour for a maximum of 6.6 kW.
Considering that other places on the island offer free charging for the same capacity, it's expensive.

The advantage is knowing the availability and accessibility by bus.
