I used the Keir 350kW charger. After a short delay getting the connection made, the charging session went well. The equipment was in good shape and I didn't have to wait to charge. One other Keir charger was in use while I was there and it was working fine also.

I got a great rate of charge here, better than 100kWh for the largest part of my charge from 38% to 80%. There is a Chick fil A and some other restaurants nearby. My only concern would be that it’s not well lit at night. There’s a Martin’s Gas Station not too far away, but that’s the closest place if you were in distress or being assaulted or robbed.

Google Maps did not take me to the actual location. The charging cables don't seat correctly, requiring them to be plugged and unplugged and non intuitive restart of whole procedure. The rates are expensive or require a subscription I can't justify. Location is good lot's to do nearby. I wouldn't go back to an EVgo at these rates again.

This is my go to charging station when in Hagerstown. There is always a charger available and it’s in the back of the parking lot so you are out of the way and not right at the entrance like a lot of others. I’ve never had problems charging here. Also it’s one of the only ChaDeMo chargers left which is what my Leaf takes. So one of the last places left I can charge in under 30 minutes! Hopefully they don’t remove the ChaDeMo chargers from their stations any time soon or else I won’t be able to dc fast charge any longer, but for now it’s there and I’ll continue to use!

I rented an electric vehicle from enterprise and went to this charging station to charge the Hyundai Kona. First, these chargers only charged the car to 80% and wouldn’t charge it to 100%. Secondly, I ended up getting TWO charges to my bank of over $30 for BOTH and I should’ve only been charged once. I tried calling customer service for a refund and they weren’t able to do it. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, I definitely wouldn’t use these unless it’s absolutely necessary.
