Fast, relatively cheap, but the dealer next door parked cars in half the stalls reducing accessability. The one open plug that fit my Rivian wouldn't work, so I had to wait for another space to clear out.

Absolute incompetence. Brought my Model X in for front suspension rattling. They guessed it was the half shaft -> I paid -> Issue NOT fixed. Now they are guessing it's the hub and want me to pay again. They take zero liability for their wrong opinions and offer no refunds when their "fix" doesn't work. They are just selling parts and guessing with your money. Disgusting service.

I am absolutely disgusted by the level of incompetence at this dealership. I brought my Tesla Model X in for a recurring issue—a rattling front suspension during acceleration. Their "diagnosis" is nothing more than expensive guesswork. • First Visit: They claimed it was the half shaft. I paid for the repair. It fixed absolutely nothing. The noise is still there. • Now: They are claiming it’s the hub and expect me to pay again for their mistake. They are just firing the "parts cannon" at my car at my expense. There is no liability, no refund for the misdiagnosis, and zero pride in their work. You aren't paying for expertise here; you are paying for them to guess while they hold your wallet hostage. Avoid this service center at all costs.

Ever since they opened up these chargers to non-Tesla they have been completely trashed. There is trash and urine filled bottles everywhere. It's especially frustrating because charge rates have more than doubled, but none of that money seems to be going to maintaining the chargers and the surrounding area.

Chargers work fine. But this one be in a Tesla service Center as well should have windshield wiper equipment so we can wash our windshield when we charge. Oso de personal inside was like now really welcoming, just doing their job at minimum effort. When I asked him about how much it would cost a battery change if you can just by saying that it depends on a lot of factors like the year of the car, etc. So I expected the guy to ask me what model you're driving and how many miles does it have on it and whatever he needed to know but he didn't ask anything and just got on with his routine.
