Plenty of chargers next to a not so great casino.

A beautiful charging spot, near to a casino. A little hidden from highway, but Tesla map took me correctly to the spot. The beautiful view of Mississippi River made my day, and quick time pass of 30 mins.

Dont forget to click some pictures, walk around the place, and have some fun.

Good spot. Only the casino nearby. If you go through the parking garage, on the left there will be glass doors and the bathrooms will be on the left when you walk through the doors. I had to ask an attendant up front since I’m 20 and can’t go in the casino😂

Lovely shaded spot on a Sunday am- we did not need facilities, we assumed the casino had them. Just a nice clean unique charging spot.

This was the third of six SC stops 445 mi. in on a 1000 mi., 17-hour westward trip. This SC is located right off the exit in the parking lot of Ameristar Casino, overlooking the Mississippi River. You get a great view of the river sbd the bridge. There is a visitor center at the exit and a Waffle House on the other side of the freeway. The casino has some food options inside, a friendly greeter, as well as clean bathrooms. Note: must be 21 to enter so no kids allowed.

There are 12 stalls providing up to 250kw L3 DC fast charging, and at least one spot that can accommodate a trailer in tow. There is plenty of room in the lot to unhook your trailer also if needed. Only 1 of the 12 stalls were occupied when I arrived.

Charging was quick, transferring at a full 250kw for the first few minutes before tapering off to 95kw as I approached 70kw SOC on my MYLR.

This isn’t a bad charging spot, though there are no food options in walking distance besides what’s offered in the casino. Added 116 mi. and on to the next stop in Ruston, LA.
