The worst experience ever EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Both credit card & depot card with sufficient balance decline when was just coming from a restaurant paying on the same credit card without any issues. Called the customer service which was a joke & absolutely not helpful! I guess I’m planning better next time & charging at my house.

NOT a public station. within toyota dealership and chargers are blocked by dealership vehicles. ONLY SLOW charging is available, if any. toyota keeps the fast chargers for their vehicles only.

It's a hit and miss location, check your app as more times than not, one or more high speed chargers are down. the crowd is sporadic, at 5am there will be nobody and the next week, the wait will be 5 cars deep. The upside, it is an 85% cap location so no waiting on people going to 100. The downside, there are a lof of Chevy bolts that frequent here, unfortunately those clog the que as their charging  speed is limited.

Never had an issue here other than a very long wait which I plan for and is expected. I've seen plenty of people complaining, but most of the folks I talked to when I charge here don't have a level 2 charger at home. Seems to be the common issue in this area. Even folks who drive luxury EVs don't have level 2 chargers at home. I charge to 80 percent and it gets me to where I need to be. Well done EA for capping charging to 85 percent.

I love the fast charger, but there is only 3 CCS (fast) chargers and one slow charger. I feel like they should get rid of the one slow charger and replace it with 3 more fast charger. Every time I have been here, I had to wait at least 30 minutes, sometimes an hour.

If the EV companies really want the EV to be successful, they should work with the charging stations to expand their infrastructure.

UPDATE: 8/8/24  85% max charge implemented at this location. Instead of creating more charging stations, they limit the charge to 85%? That's the best solution of some bright CEO at EA? Sigh~
