It appears that Electrify America could benefit from upgrading and overhauling their equipment. While these charging stations are advertised as hyper-fast, capable of up to 350kW, the charging speeds seem quite slow in practice. Despite having eight stations, it's often difficult to find one that's operational, and when available, the charging speed is often less than 82kW.

It's an awesome fast charger. I visit it often to charge my EV. I read some places that corporate is looking to add amenities to its location. That will surely help. Adding a trash can is where it must start. I know as it matures, it may get better. But all charging stations must have trash cans.

Most are charging at 20-40 kw and some don't work at all. I went there three times yesterday at different times of the day and finally got a charger that charged at 90kw. It seemed that you would need to try all eight of them to find if you would be lucky to get one that would charge fast enough at any particular time of the day. Their performance levels have been some random events, there has been no way to be sure other than trying each time you get there on the available ones or just waiting long enough to get chances to try each and every one of them - UPDATE: That was about 4 months ago. They are getting better, but not for certain. UPDATE AGAIN: Tried three stations there this morning, the first two did not recognize my EV and the third charged at only 20kw, I had to give up after wasted about 20 minutes of my time.

Harder to find during the day, easier at night with the lights. It's located exactly across from the McDonald's. Both GPS and Ford Pass have it on the other side of the plaza. The 4⭐ is because the screens are kind of broken and difficult to use. But otherwise everything works. Plugged in and charged within seconds, went and got a burger and came back and 80% charge in 20 minutes.
