Arrived here on the last day of our 3 week family road trip in a Kia EV9. 0/4 of the chargers would successfully connect. We even called Electrify America for support. Eventually we gave up and went to the Tesla Supercharger on the other end of the large parking lot. Charger is a lot slower, but is working perfectly with no issue.

Charger we used worked and gave a decent charge speed and it is easy to find, but the set up for these spaces is beyond asinine. The cords are short and the position of the charging stations isn't going to work for the wide variety of different charge port locations on cars that use CCS chargers. The spaces are also angled and narrow, so you can't even park creatively without blocking another charger. I got lucky and arrived when it was empty, so I was able to pick a charger that would work by backing in and pulling the cord as far as it would go. Others had to wait

Worked great for us as we were the only ones there, but two of the 8 chargers were down, and the layout of 4 of them meant that only 2 could ever be used at the same time

This charging station is in a good location next to a Walmart. I would give it an extra star for the garbage can conveniently placed. Do you know how many charging stations don't have trash cans? Many.
