Charging site is in northwest quadrant of the parking lot, near Taco Bell parking lot.

Walmart 1834 Grants Pass

One charger not working, but 3/4 were. App can wonky (three tries to get it it to recognize which station we were at and correctly show available chargers), but once plugged in and charging started everything went smoothly.

Charger 2 has a wasp nest inside it, one tagged me while I was trying to unplug.

Works most of the time without a problem. This time one charger was out and reported in the app but one of the supposedly working chargers failed to charge. Another one was free and then we charged up fast.

We're appreciative of the infrastructure, it works well enough though of course we'd appreciate more reliability.

A very nice young man helped us.  He was not associated with Electrify America.He was charging his car and helped us.  Customer service was confusing and un helpful

I've used this location many times. Each time I'd hope that my charge experience would be a good one. Twice I've had to call in for them to reset the station. I did formally complain to electrify America that their stations must be maintained at a high level to protect the brand. I've had very few other issues at any other electrify station, this one just seems to need some TLC.
