AI Overview
Chargers here are frequently offline or unreliable; drivers report that typically only 1–2 of the 4 stalls are working at any given time. The location is in the center of the parking lot on a one-way aisle, making it difficult to maneuver and park. Drivers frequently report slower-than-advertised charging speeds.

All of these chargers are offline 1/29/26 and construction taped. These are the worst positioned chargers when they are working and always crowded. They should have put them in a row farther away from the store. Terrible spot on a one way aisle… These are the only fast option in Bend (besides the Tesla station down the street).

#1 (Chadmo and CCS combo) is dead. #s 2&3 seemed to be working fine with a Cadillac Escalade and Hyundai charging while I was there. Screen on #4 was black black and never showed anything but plug-in charge worked fine on my Rivian, though limited to 140 KW. And of course while Electrify shows this as having eight plugs, there are only four stalls so functionally for total with only 2.5 working.

Each charge swipe holds $50 + the cost of charging. It is currently holding $250 from my account for weeks on end unable to use my money for anything else like groceries! Irritating. Not enough chargers. Too many e-cars now and long waits.

The charger was open and I successfully charged and so did the car next to me. The charger was a 350kW but it took about 20 minutes to get going fast, but it was well below freezing outside when I charged. Once it got going it was charging at 300 miles per hour plus.

I invested in a Tesla CCS to NACS adapter so I thought I'd try it out. At this charger the CCS connector was badly battered. I was able to plug in, the charger recognized a car but could not establish a connection. So we left and went to the Tesla supercharger a few miles north from here. I feel sorry for anyone who has to depend on Electrify America! Just buy a car that takes the Tesla NACS connector.
