I've used these multiple times with success. Today, charger 3 was not working. The screen did not indicate problems. I charged an hour ago successfully somewhere else. The customer service could not fix it. The stations when they work are great. It's also at walmart, so an hour charging is not wasted. Visited again... 2 stations down this time and a long wait for chargers.

There are Three (3) inoperable chargers, of a total of Four (4) chargers, at the 3200 N. Ridge Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21043 location. Two of which have been inoperable for at least three week's. Numerous EV customers have called to report malfunctioning chargers at the previously mentioned location. In addition there are Six (6) inoperable chargers of Ten (10) total chargers at the 6405 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, MD 21045 location; four of which have been inoperable for at least two weeks now. How could I assist Electrify America in addressing the several inoperable chargers issue at the above two locations. This has become more and more frustrating, as there appears to be a lack of initiative or in other words, pure neglect, when it comes to making necessary repairs. There are only 4 charging stations to begin with. I was there on a Saturday and 3 were working well. The next day on Sunday only 1 was working and occupied. Drove down to the Columbia Walmart and found a spot with no issues.
