Located on the left side of the Walmart parking lot, looking across Lowe's.

Walmart 2458 - Salinas, CA

I was down to bone because I didn’t have a Tesla converter for the Kia Niro I rented from Enterprise. Luckily, I came to the Walmart parking lot and saw the cheerful green lights. I cozied up to Charger 01 to which has a compatible plug and the car is dutifully charging and I am thrilled!

Seems okay so far but I did have a difficult time locating the fourth charger so I called customer service. They didn't know where it was but someone in the parking lot pointed it out to me: it's near the entrance to Walmart, "row 4."  And people do park in the electric charging spaces who aren't charging, FYI.

350 kw chargers only charging at 75 kw to 85 kw. Terrible chargers.

First charging session at the station in the center of the lot was interrupted after 12% due to error. Went to the 350 kW chargers at the edge of the lot and successfully topped off with delivery rates between 74-133 kW. Less congested than the EA charger we used previously in Mill Valley but still a decent amount of traffic. All three ultra-fast stations (including us) were occupied by the time we unplugged.

Located in corner of parking lot. One stall didn't work when scanning with membership, but overall easy and convenient!
