Absolutely horrible. Advertising up to 350kw charging, I got 37kw. One unit was broken. Three other vehicles charging, all were frustrated. Left after 5 minutes to the ChargePoint at the ford dealership. No one was there and it worked great.

I tried to charge on a Saturday afternoon and evening but it was packed and I couldn't get a charger. (this seems to be a recurring theme in the valley... Lots if people going full electric but not enough infrastructure and infrastructure maintenance to keep up with the demand). That's said, I returned Sunday morning at 8:00 and all chargers were open. I used charger 4 (350 hyper charger) and had a successful charge. If you can time it, this station is fine.

Extremely expensive. Only one of the chargers is pretty fast, the other 3 are a lot slower. Not worth the money

Room for Improvement While Electrify America aims to provide a top-tier charging experience, there are persistent issues that make using the network frequently less convenient than anticipated, especially for members. * Reliability Concerns: It's quite common to find a significant number of chargers unavailable or operating at reduced capacity. This forces drivers to wait or seek alternative stations, which is certainly disappointing when you are depending on the service. * Inconsistent Charging Speeds: Charging often starts strong but then quickly tapers off to much lower rates. This inconsistency is noticeable, and the slowdown seems exacerbated during seasonal temperature extremes (both hot and cold). * Member Frustration: The biggest letdown is having a membership or included charging benefit, yet having to frequently leave an EA station to find a working charger elsewhere, resulting in unexpected, out-of-pocket charging fees. Overall, the network has great potential, but operational consistency and maintenance uptime need significant focus to deliver the reliable service that EV drivers—especially paying members—expect and deserve. # of EV charging stations for type 2 CCS are sparse in the Treasure Valley. Only one Elecrtidy America in Ada County. Alternative station in Elmore County 40-50 miles away.

I've had a mixed experience with Electrify America charging stations. While they offer convenient locations, such as the two fast chargers at Walmart in Boise, their charging speeds don't always compare favorably to other options. For instance, the VW dealership charger seems to outperform them. The Electrify America app can also be unreliable, often crashing or failing to show nearby chargers, which requires assistance from customer support to initiate charging. Despite these issues, the stations are well-maintained and offer a decent charging experience when everything works as intended. Thus, geographic location attracts a lot of people living our 9f their cars, homeless, and perhaps travelers taking a sleep break. The lot isn't well lit on this. I'm not sure if there are cameras.
